As at home in the world of internationally-flavored new music as they are with the classical repertoire, the Grammy-nominated Imani Winds brings an innovative spirit and superb musicianship to the mission of expanding the range of the wind quintet. For its Series appearance, Imani Winds will play newly commissioned works by members of the ensemble as well as traditional wind selections.
