Barely a decade old, the Jupiter String Quartet has quickly established its reputation for excellence by winning First Prize at the Banff International String Quartet Competition and Grand Prize at the Fischoff Chamber Music Competition, as well as an Avery Fisher Career Grant. Known for its dedication to fostering music audiences of the future, the Jupiter will add a family concert and several outreach programs to its appearance with Music in the Park Series. The Jupiter will be joined by a rising star, Spanish-born clarinetist Jose Franch-Ballester, for a
